SEC filings

Stock fundamentals

Annual revenue, net income, earnings per share and balance sheet snapshots for major US stocks. Pulled directly from each company's XBRL-tagged SEC filings — the same machine-readable data analysts use.

These pages don't predict, summarize or comment. They surface what the company itself filed, with a link back to the source on SEC EDGAR.

Why XBRL?

Since 2009 the SEC has required US filers to tag financial statements with XBRL (eXtensible Business Reporting Language) codes. The result is a machine-readable taxonomy — every dollar of revenue, every share count, every balance sheet line item, identified by a standard concept name. It's the most reliable structured fundamentals source that's also free + public domain.
